well the elections were held last oct and we are in mar and no end in sight.here is a closer look why. you have iran / malaki doing everything to stall or change the results for 2 reasons. first iran does not want to lose control and secondly malaki does not want to lose his immunity from prosecution. then you have the battle over the largest block sadr or malaki. while this is going on the 2 kudish parties are still disagreeing  over who to pick for pres.when they finally resolve this the gov and cabinets must be finished and seated. then certain laws must be passed as well as agreeing on the budget.  the cbi is supposed to change the rates as we have been told but remember we have been told many things that  never come true. so imo we have a long way ot go if ever
