The rule of law calls on the government to return the dollar exchange rate to its previous value

Baghdad / NINA / - Nouri Al-Maliki chaired this evening a meeting of the State of Law coalition bloc.

In the meeting, they discussed the latest political and security situation in the country, as well as the course of dialogues between the political forces on forming a government, and how to get out of the current crisis.

The head of the State of Law coalition stressed the importance of the next government being a harmonious government, able to provide services to the citizen, and able to overcome the difficulties and problems facing the country.

Al-Maliki stressed that the positions of the State of Law coalition within the House of Representatives will remain committed to supporting the citizen’s issues and defending his rights, reiterating his call to the government to return the dollar exchange rate to its value that preceded the vote on the federal budget for 2021, and to work to raise the standard of living for the middle and weak segments and those with income Limited.
