Place your bets, Again!

Right on schedule, Phony Tony has predicted another RV date for the 15th of February, citing the various and sundry bits of babble in his well used BS bag. 

What do you think? Can the dismally incompetent Iraqi government get this finally over the finish line and give Tony the win he has been lying about for 12 years. Can his highly placed pronoun people in the US and Iraqi government finally do something right?

Since, of course, this is his 5000th prediction without success, how about we go with 0:5000 odds? Did I do that right, because Im too pretty for math.
