From The Governor Of The CBI - There Will Be No RV For You!

The central bank resolves the controversy over the dollar exchange rate

The Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Ammar Hamad Khalaf, announced that there is no change in the dollar exchange rate, indicating that monetary policy is exclusively his competence.
Khalaf told the official newspaper on the sidelines of his visitEgyptWith a delegation that includes the governor of the Central Bank and a number of Iraqi bank managers, the rise in oil prices led to an increase in foreign reserves and recorded a significant growth of foreign currency in the past year 2021 and the current year is unprecedented compared to previous years, noting that the growth was achieved thanks to the bank’s various investments and management according to Monetary policy based on international best practices away from risks.
He revealed that the granting of very soft loans to all citizens is imminent in order to provide decent housing for all.
