[Iraq boots-on-the-ground TV report] FIREFLY: International Development Bank under the Umbrella of the Central Bank of Iraq opened a branch in Dubai...this move is shown to us it is going to help strengthen the Iraq economy. This is acting as a private bank under the umbrella of the CBI... FRANK: ...The same with many banks around the world. They're all excited about the CBI satellite banks in their country because they know a change to the IQD exchange rate is coming...if you recall I told you about all the private banks and where they're located in the United States.
