Baghdad / NINA / - The legal expert, Tariq Harb, expected that the constitutional dates for electing the President of the Republic and forming the government would be delayed, as a result of challenging the constitutionality of the first parliament session.

Harb said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The Federal Court will decide next Tuesday the case to challenge the constitutionality of the first parliament session.

Harb indicated: "The parliamentary blocs will return the elected representatives in the same first session (Muhammad al-Halbousi, Hakim al-Zamili, and Shakhwan Abdullah) to the presidency of the parliament within half an hour of holding the next session after their re-election."

And the Federal Court decided last week to postpone the appeal against the constitutionality of the first session of Parliament until next Tuesday. / End
