There's just more and more and more that points in the direction of what we want.  The Middle East 's currency basket will not accept a program rate.  It will drag down the rate of all the other currencies in the basket and that's the opposite effect of a basket.    A basket is with powerful currencies that's supports each other and increases the value...it's not a secret.
