[Iraq boots-on-the-ground TV update] FIREFLY: They're talking on news Channel 1 saying it is time to open and adjust our exchange rate. Then they say when the government is finished sitting itself...we're going to have purchasing power...they're saying the official seating of the government will be in March. FRANK: What they mean is the complete GOI. Right now what's important is that we get the cabinet which we got in parliament sitting...the GOI by the end of March - this has nothing to do with what we're looking for.
