Qusay said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency ( NINA ): "In light of the growing need to create an attractive investment environment, it has become the duty of the next government to restructure most ministries in order to invest the untapped energies in those ministries and support the regular private sector to be a partner in the rehabilitation process." .
He added: "The smart exchange rate control to support the productive economic and social sectors can be included in the next government's program to control prices and reduce poverty rates, in accordance with a transparent government program and under the watchful eye of the regulatory authorities," noting: "The process of economic, political, social and judicial reform to build a state, It requires integration between the authorities and requires the investment of qualified human resources to make change in light of challenges that can be overcome when putting these people in the places they deserve.”
