Baghdad / NINA / - A legal expert confirmed, today, Thursday, that there is no return to the previous parliament, after the plaintiffs, "the Bar Association and some former deputies," lost the lawsuit in which they demanded the Federal Court to cancel the dissolution of the House of Representatives, and the court decided to reject and reject their claim.

The legal expert, Tariq Harb, indicated that “the Federal Court decided yesterday, Wednesday, that there is no return to the previous parliament, and that the decision to dissolve it, which candidate Basem Khashan, the Bar Association and some former parliamentarians objected to, is a correct constitutional solution, and thus ended the controversy that Bassem Khashan was raising. And some deputies who were hoping to return to power and rule again by claiming the invalidity of the decision to dissolve the previous parliament.”
