[Boots-on-the-ground Firefly Iraqi TV report] FIREFLY:  They are actually showing us our old currency from the 40s, a 5 from the old days, and then they talk about our current currency and they keep repeating and saying over and over today that the exchange rate needs to be reduced [reduced is the right direction] to help the citizens... FRANK'S RESPONSE:  They have to show you the old notes because the old notes used a different exchange rate back then so they have to educate you on why you're getting a new exchange rate and new currency with it.
