Baghdad / NINA / - The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani stressed that it is not possible to create security and stability in Iraq without the return of confidence and a sense of security among the components and political parties.

Barzani said, during his participation in the first day of the work of the Forum / Miri / in Erbil: "The recent parliamentary elections that took place in Iraq were the best and achieved progress compared to the previous elections."

And he added, "The failure of a part of the people to participate in the elections is a message addressed to the ruling authority of their dissatisfaction with the government's performance."

He explained: "The most important thing for the stability of Iraq is solving the current problems between Baghdad and the Kurdistan region, and building Iraq on the basis of partnership between all parties," noting: "The Kurdistan region is ready to solve all problems within the framework of the Iraqi constitution."/ Ended 9
