Baghdad / NINA / - The head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, stressed the need to overcome the crisis of the election results and to address the appeals and complaints submitted by the political forces.

The media office of the President of the Coalition stated: "Al-Maliki met in his office today, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Iraq, Elbrus Kutrashev. ".

Al-Maliki stressed the need to strengthen bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in various fields, expressing his hope that the election results crisis will be overcome and the Independent High Electoral Commission address the appeals and complaints submitted by the political forces to overcome the major doubts and problems that accompanied the electoral process.

In turn, Ambassador Kutrashev congratulated the head of the State of Law coalition on the occasion of the elections and the progress of the State of Law coalition in them, indicating his country's interest in strengthening bilateral relations and willingness to cooperate in all fields./End of 7
