Tier 4B (Us, the Internet Group) would receive notification to set redemption/ exchange appointments at some point during the Ten Days of Darkness, which began around 10:40 am EDT on Mon. 4 Oct. with a partial shutdown of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Gmail, Twitter, T-Mobile / TMBLE Metro, Spectrum, Verizon, AT&T, Google, Cricket Wireless, Amazon, Apple, TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon, intermittent Internet outages and BOOM – YouTube crashed!
