Baghdad / NINA / - The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, affirmed: "Good governance must be at the heart of any international support in any region of the world."
Saleh said in an interview with CNN: "The lesson that took place after the events of Afghanistan and 20 years of the American presence, is that no matter how much international support is, success and salvation cannot be achieved without the support of good governance."
He added: "Corruption stands as an obstacle to good governance, security and stability."
He pointed out: "What happened in Afghanistan raises fears of the growth of terrorist groups and ISIS."/ Ended 7
