When you do "cash in" make sure you take care of your tax liabilities. The same day you get it done go take care of it. How do you know how much to pay? This is where you get professional help. You're going to go talk to someone who knows what they're doing. Tell them what you're doing. They'll be able to look at your tax returns and look at your income and figure out what you can expect to pay in anticipated taxes. And then go pay them!
