This morning Nick had a call, saying the US has started paying off it’s debt. The only way it could start this is with the BIG RELEASE of funds (in the T’s and Q’s), and the US is paying down it’s debt. With this there are certain things taking place.

The protocol changes include SAFE-LINK-WEBSITE and how the exchange will be handled.

The debit cards are not “UBI” – this comes out of other trusts, not this one. Those of you doing this exchange will most likely not be getting universal basic income. Everyone will have a card connected to the Treasury – but it’s not the same.

We’re going to be getting Safe Link, so is MarkZ and so is Bruce. We are all getting the identical Safe Link Website Link. It will be in the INTERNATIONAL ROOM. Doesn’t matter if you click on this link through our site, or Mark’s or Bruce, but you’re going to the same site. DoD has this handled. It’s all been planned and there won’t be any way to create misdirection here. DoD has implemented further changes by stating that, once you answer the general questions which are typically found in any secure, qualifying website; once they determine you are who you say you are, you’ll be given a number to call – ONE TIME. Then you can share the SAFE LINK Website and your friends and family can do the same thing. The number can only be used once.

If you so choose, they will send you a debit card, that is good for an account set up for you on the QFS. If you do not choose this, you can have an appointment to manage this process.

We don’t know if they will be taking in the ZIM at this time. If they don’t they can still open an account for you with that zim to be facilitated at a later day.

If you have a project, take more than 1 page in there. If you take in 2, – 4 pages, no more than 5 pages, describing your project ideals, they will work with you. You will have to go back for contract rates.

The first thing you’ll do when you go for your appointment, is fill out a form.

They will take in your currency, while you’re talking to the Exchange representative, and will count and give you rates, and a receipt all done while you are there. A trust account, a bank account, deliver a credit card so you have some cash, all can be done right there. They basically want to get you in there to get the currency in, for you to get in and out; get you a card and then, once Tier 4 B completes, in about 10 days, you’ll have full access to all of your money.

We don’t know what the default rate is on the ZIM. We have heard that it was from 11 M to 33 M is the value they were talking on the ZIM.

Last night, when I heard that the debt was being paid, if that’s been done, as I said, Tier 4 B and Tier 5 are going in together. The only difference between the 2 groups is that you’re going to a REDEMPTION /EXCHANGE CENTER. Tier 5 is going to the TELLER WINDOW. If someone shows up in a bank with millions of dollars of VND, etc., they’re being sent to the REDEMPTION / EXCHANGE CENTER.

If notifications come out some time this weekend you will be heading to the REDEMPTION / EXCHANGE CENTER.

Doesn’t matter whether you go to Bruce, or me, or MarkZ; all will share the same protocols.

When you call to make your appointment following completion of Safe Link Website login, if any one asks you what amounts and types of currency you have, HANG UP. You are not talking to the right party.

If you only have ZIM, call and set an appointment and when you go down there, they will tell you what they can do. They will get you started, possibly give you the DEFAULT RATE, possibly open discussions for the project, should that be what you want to do.

QUESTION ON D1:
The money paying off this debt, that started our Tier 4 B release, came from D1. It’s already been released, and the debt being paid off now. It’s all verified now.

BANK FEES:

There’s going to be a bank fee, but this can be negotiated away. As far as the rates go, the bank fee is not determined on what your currency rate is, it’s over all currencies you exchange. We had heard that it was 0.25% but you can negotiate it away.

DOING IT FROM HOME:

If you get the card, and you manage this from home, will it be the US DEFAULT RATE?
Nick can’t know for sure anything about rates, but it will be INTERNATIONAL RATE. DEFAULT RATE / AND INTERNATIONAL RATE should be the same.

If there are any missing currencies that you bought that aren’t showing or, if you gifted currencies, you will have to go to REDEMPTION / EXCHANGE CENTER. In about 10 days you’ll have 100% access to all monies.

If I have ZIM and I have projects, but they’re not taking the ZIM, and if I have currency, can I still get contract rate on currency?

Not a problem. You have two options. Go together, share the meeting, sign NDA’s for each other. Or, optionally, split your currency as you agreed and go separately for the appointment. Then, make sure you have a copy of the receipt for future needs, should it be required.

TAXABLE EVENT – NO

WORRY ABOUT NDA’S AND HELPING FRIENDS
NDA is to protect you. You can take family members into the Redemption Center. You can sit with them, and you can interpret. If you accompany your friends or family, you’ll have to sign an NDA for them. You can share everything before you go in. Then you go in and sign your NDA AND BE QUIET.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SHARED APPOINTMENTS
Really isn’t any problem going in for exchange with another person. You just have to sign NDA for them.

IF D1 IS PAID, WHO’S CONTROLLING THOSE FUNDS?
Everything goes into the Quantum System, whether D1, 2 or 3. D1 is GOVERNMENT and some parts of MILITARY. Debts were owed to China. US made promises, borrowed money from D1 to allow US to access this money. Result was China required US to pay down this debt. This is now being down. The Chinese mainly have control over D1 and D2, but the debt is being paid down now and because of this Tier 4 can go in and exchange.

FIAT CURRENCY QUESTION – when the USN comes out the bank will have it. In 10 days, you will have access to your currency. When you have access to your account you will have USN. This has been managed.

STREET RATE – this is ONLY for example $0.43 for IQD. That’s what Tier 5 would get. The INTERNATIONAL RATE could be $5.00. The CONTRACT RATE could be $40 – $50.00.

The better prepared you are with projects – or if for instance you are going to support UN, or something on that order. The most you could get, the most Nick has heard about so far, would be $0.77 US/ PER 1 ZIM.

All first REDEMPTION / EXCHANGE CENTER meetings encompass the first project discussion, if you choose, but everything will take about 20 minutes for this first meeting. You will have project discussion at a second meeting.
GIFTING CURRENCY is still possible. No GIFT LETTER is required for REDEMPTION/EXCHANGE CENTER and, no tax will be collected. The GIFT LETTER will be required if the bills are found to have been reported. Always best to have a GIFT LETTER handy.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS, YOU CAN CHOOSE TO SUPPORT PROJECTS THAT ARE PROVIDED BY UNITED NATIONS, IT WILL ALSO GIVE YOU A HIGHER RATE.

China had already managed the ZIM redemption with Zimbabwe, and we heard that it was now off the table. The Chinese, however, do change their minds so, go to the REDEMPTION / EXCHANGE CENTER anyway. Take your ZIM in.

CAN YOU COMPLETE THIS PROCESS AND SEEK PROJECT DOLLARS, EVEN IF YOU DON’T HOLD CURRENCY? No.

NESARA / GESARA question
There has to be an announcement of USN somehow. But, even if USN isn’t announced and NESARA is, this will still take place. The DEBT PAYOFF is evidence that NESARA is beginning.

HUMANITARIAN PROGRAMS
What if I don’t have a spreadsheet? Not necessary. Are you going to be hiring people, doing community projects? They can partner you up with other people so that you share the cost. It’s not going to be you alone. You have to bring your list of humanitarian projects you would like to support. Bring a bio. Maybe a paragraph on each.
