 the F&P payment target of 4pm today Tue 6 July was PST (Reno time) but that is only a target time, however he is confirming Mr Fleming’s sources that when the ball gets rolling with F&P payouts tentatively tonight Tue 6 July, it will be party-time as Holly said, because it will lead to the chain of events that initiates the shotgun start;
