Two things happened.  Today is a Federal holiday and TNT does not have calls on a Federal holiday.  Only ten people donated to TNT.
 
It is a great day to be here.   Tony's guy did not get paid today.  He was told he would be paid on Monday.  There is a bank meeting tomorrow but Tony did not think it would happen until next week, and after the meeting.
 
The money should be flowing next week.  Bankers and wealth managers are excited.
 
The Kurds are saying it will take a week to be paid.
 
Bank managers got complaints about people asking questions about the RV.  Bank tellers are not being told until after the RV takes place.  People are needed at banks to do exchanges, so tellers are not being told until after the fact.
 
Monday is a real possibility if everything goes smoothly this weekend.  The UST is ready.
 
The CBI controls the rate.  They are trying to get this done electronically, so  that they can control everything.  Parliament is fighting it because they own the bank.  There is corruption all the way.  The auctions are down, but there is still stealing of money.  The dollar is supposed to be driven to the market to take the rate down.
