Judy Note: Sun. afternoon 13 June: According to our Military Intel Contact a lockdown of rates and procedures would happen at any time in the next 24 hours.
Notification for Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) to set redemption/ exchange appointments could also come at any time.
On Mon. 14 June in the 11 am EST meeting the RV security teams would review everything, and then determine the release schedule for this week.
Sometime Mon.-Tues.-Wed. 14-16 June Tier 4B could go in a Shotgun Start, though Tues. 15 June was most likely.
Mon. 14 June Bond Holders were supposed to be given access to 1-2% of their accounts.
