The House of Representatives is preparing to present the Law of the Reconstruction Council for a second reading during the upcoming sessions after the government made the necessary amendments to it. A member of the Parliamentary Services Committee, Abbas Al-Atafi told Al-Sabah: 



"The reconstruction law will deal with all strategic projects for the advancement of the public, service and agricultural sectors, in addition to providing job opportunities, and will combine the investment law with other economic laws, and the law will activate projects with financial returns to support the national budget.
