Huawei makes a bid for Iraq worth 300 million dollars

The head of the government follow-up cell, Mustafa Sanad, announced that the Chinese company Huawei has submitted a proposal to the Iraqi government to install 3,000 cameras across Baghdad at a value of 300 million dollars.
Sanad said in his speech to the Tigris channel, "The Iraqi government met yesterday, Tuesday, with the Chinese company Huawei, to discuss the offer it made to install 3,000 cameras across Baghdad at $ 300 million to deal with kidnappings, assassinations, and others."
He pointed out that "this work will be in the fiscal year 2020."
