Committee member Nada Shaker Jawdat said in a statement reported by the official "Al-Sabah" newspaper and seen by "The Economy News", that "the new strategy aims to activate the productive sectors, such as agriculture, industry, housing and other service and investment projects, in order to provide job opportunities for the unemployed," noting that it "Executed over 5 years."

She added that "it is implemented by granting soft loans to unemployed youth; every 7 or 10 people can be granted a financial loan of 100 to 200 million dinars, to create a small factory to produce consumer material, after providing an integrated economic feasibility of the project."
