Iraq plans to import 750 thousand tons of wheat next year

Iraq, one of the biggest wheat importers in the Middle East, plans to import 750,000 tonnes of wheat next year.
Hassanein al-Zubaidi, the new president of the General Company for grain trading in comments reported by "Reuters", that the imports are within the scope of the planned budget.
"The strategic wheat reserves are 1.2 million tonnes and are sufficient for three months."
