The Union of Arab Banks will hold its annual Arab Banking Conference in Cairo on 8 and 9 December under the title 'Implications of political and economic fluctuations on the course of banking in the Arab region' with the participation of leaders of Arab banks.

The Secretary General of the Union of Arab Banks Wissam Fattouh said in a statement today that the conference will discuss economic reforms and their impact on achieving economic and social security and the repercussions of the pressure imposed by international legislation on banking, pointing out that some Arab banking figures will be honored on the sidelines of events.
