Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi on Tuesday warned the government to borrow again in case of disruption of the oil sector.

Abdul-Mahdi said during the presidency of the Council of Ministers meeting on Tuesday in the presence of the governors, that the strike can not be accepted, pointing to the damage to the country if the strike is implemented.

Abdul Mahdi said that hundreds of companies withheld from coming to Iraq, because of the current situation, pointing out that Iraq can not achieve reform in overtaking the law.

He pointed out that Iraq is required to pay its foreign debt, indicating that it can not resort to borrowing again in case of disruption of the oil sector.

He pointed out that the 2020 budget must be approved quickly to prevent the disruption of resources of public sectors.

He stressed that "some of the saboteurs wearing military uniforms to push the security forces to fight," warning that "leaving the country without direct administration enters the country in a dangerous spiral."
