The Parliamentary Finance Committee announced on Wednesday that it will host the head of the National Pension Agency, Ahmed Abdel Jalil, to discuss the amendment of the pension law.

The committee said in a brief statement received by the "news" copy, that "the Finance Committee, will host the President of the National Pension Agency to discuss the amendment of the pension law."

He explained that "the new amendment reduces the retirement age to 60 years," noting that "the new amendment will provide 210 thousand degrees of employment."

He explained that "pension, will be paid to employees who have completed the age of (45) years and pension service of not less than (15) years."
