Economy News - Baghdad

The governor of Nineveh Mansour al-Maraid, on Tuesday, allocated an additional 100 billion dinars to finance service projects during the current year within the reconstruction fund.

Al-Maraeed said in a statement seen by Al-Iqtisadiah, "The liberated areas reconstruction fund has been allocated 100 billion dinars as an additional grant to finance service projects in the province."

He added, "The amount will be allocated to additional projects being prepared for implementation during the next phase, which will be distributed to the service sectors and to all government departments, which will enhance the services provided to citizens."
