Iran's Trade and Industry Minister predicted that the volume of trade with Iraq will reach 20 billion dollars until 2021.

Minister Reza Rahmani said in a statement on Sunday that it is expected to achieve the target level in 2021, as the potential of the two countries qualify them to reach this trade volume.

On the other hand, he stressed that the construction of the railway between "Shalamzh" in southwestern Iran with the province of Basra, Iraq is currently underway, and that there is a rapprochement between Iran and Iraq in the issues of customs and standards.
