Salah al-Din Hassan, a researcher in the affairs of terrorist groups, says that in his last recording, al-Baghdadi carried religious content, but originally an inflammatory religious speech. That affect judges, officers, and interrogators, who are related to prisoners of his organization.
The researcher in the affairs of jihadist groups that the leader of the terrorist organization Daesh in his speech tried to attract Islamic currents to his project, and renew the call to them, through
Convincing them that peaceful means of change will not work so that Baghdadi's speech tends to focus on "advocacy" and the importance of attracting elements, which comes in importance before, not after, fighting.
For his part, Brigadier Khaled Okasha, a member of the Egyptian National Council for Combating Terrorism, said that al-Baghdadi's latest voice message was aimed only at raising the morale of his followers during the current period, stressing that it has no realistic significance. Its members, especially since it did not offer anything new in their demands from them, as it shows the disintegration of the organization and defeat after using a tone of refraction contrary to what was happening in his previous speeches.
Major General Mohamed Nour, the former Egyptian deputy interior minister, said that ISIS could not do any of the threats announced in the speech of its leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, especially if he could do so before he announced it to everyone.
The former assistant interior minister added that what the leaders of ISIS are doing is an expression of their failure after their defeat in all the battles they have fought, adding that we should not shed light on such messages so as not to achieve what they want to publish their messages. The leader of ISIS is a warning to the media to spread terror in their hearts through a desperate attempt to stay away from spreading the crimes that ISIS does.
Dr. Mohammed Sadiq Ismail, head of the Arab Center for Strategic and Political Studies, said that al-Baghdadi's speech comes after a series of defeats suffered by ISIS in Syria and before Iraq, which means that ISIS actually became closer to the end, and that it no longer exists as it was, Confirms that its losses in the last period shattered the organization in a big way.
He added that the terrorist organization is trying after all the losses suffered by the last period to revive itself by declaring after every attack witnessed by European countries in the recent period of responsibility for these attacks, pointing out that in practice they are considered as individual attacks, and belong to the series «solo wolves» ISIS cannot conduct a collective operation, nor engage in a systematic war, but conduct individual operations that do not require much economic or material potential.
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State terrorist organization, broadcast an audio recording of him through what is known as the "Furqan Foundation," the media arm of the terrorist organization, on the Internet took about 30 minutes, calling on its members not to leave their weapons and confront those described as «apostates and infidels “Everywhere, he also talked about Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, America, Russia and Syria.
Baghdadi, who announced a $ 25 million prize from the United States, did not appear for anyone who has been helping with information leading to his arrest since July 2014. During the sermon at the al-Nuri mosque in Mosul, he announced the "establishment of a caliphate."
The letter comes amid speculation about the fate of Baghdadi after his organization lost most of the areas he controlled in Iraq and Syria.
Al-Baghdadi, according to the audio recording, called on his followers of the terrorist organization to "take actions" and mentioned "delegations" of new recruits, although it is unclear whether it means recruiting recruits to join ISIS or pledging allegiance to the armed group, warning that " "The burden will be heavier."
