The Ministry of Industry and Minerals announced on Sunday in a statement that Al Tariq Pesticides Factory was launched as an investment opportunity for rehabilitation and development purposes.
The factory is located in Al-Karmah district in Anbar province. Its production capacity is estimated at 2575 tons / year.

The ministry attributed the reasons for the offer to "securing the large capital needed by the industry to import raw materials and cover the production of all types of pesticides, as well as the development of production lines with new and modern technology, increase production capacities and secure the salaries of employees of the factory and others," the statement said.

The ministry stressed that it "will strive to attract international companies sober to invest in the said factory and achieve the desired goals to upgrade the national industry."
