Baghdad

A spokesman for the parliamentary bloc of victory, Falah al-Khafaji, on Tuesday, that the adoption of the first amendment to the law of the budget is a clear constitutional violation, indicating that the failures in passing laws are borne by the government.

Al-Khafaji said in an interview with "News" that "victory and wisdom constitute one opposition front within the parliament," adding that "there is pressure exerted on members of the House of Representatives to pass laws contrary to the Constitution."

He pointed out that "the adoption of the first amendment to the budget law is a clear constitutional violation," noting that "all the failures that occurred in passing laws are borne by the government."

He added that "corruption in the Ministry of Health is the largest file corruption in the organs of the state," pointing out that "the prime minister and parliament bear responsibility for the spread of corruption in health."
