Baghdad

The head of the Party of Halal Jamal Karbouli, on Friday, to storm the Bahraini embassy in Baghdad by demonstrators, stressing that these actions will not be in the interest of Iraq.

Karbouli said in his pages on social networking sites "Facebook and Twitter" that "years of hard diplomatic work to convince the Arab brothers that Baghdad their safe home is lost due to unaccountable actions will not benefit Iraq."

A group of demonstrators stormed the Bahraini embassy in Baghdad because of their objections to its policy towards the Palestinian cause, causing security intervention and the arrest of 54 protesters on Thursday night.
