The Minister of Transport Abdullah Laibi and his accompanying delegation, Friday, from within the factories of the Airbus French company the possibility of supplying the fleet of Iraqi Airways modern aircraft commensurate with the aspirations of the Ministry and keep abreast of global developments.
"The ministry is seeking to develop services that contribute to raising the level of the Iraqi national carrier and is worthy of its reputation through the import of modern aircraft from international companies with strict standards," a statement of the ministry said.
"We had a tour around the most important French companies specialized in aircraft, radars and airports, most importantly Boeing, Airbus, ADpi, THALES to see the most important global developments that we seek to reach the Iraqi national carrier to its ranks.
"The Ministry of Transport has expressed its readiness to open new international and Arab destinations in the coming days to open up to the world, and therefore we seek to provide Iraqi Airways with modern aircraft from the world's largest companies with the strict standards and advanced in terms of advanced advanced technologies provided to the traveler, Iraqi National. "
The Minister of Transport arrived in Paris yesterday to participate in the 53rd International Air and Space Exhibition (SIAE)
