Reuters) - Kuwait's Amir Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah is due to visit Baghdad on Tuesday.

On December 21, 2014, the former Prime Minister of Iraq, Haidar Al-Abadi, at the invitation of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak, during which he discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation and intensifying efforts to contain and combat terrorism. 
On November 11, 2018, the President of the Republic of Iraq, Dr. Barham Ahmed Saleh paid an official visit to the country in his first foreign visit after taking office, during which he held official talks with HH the Amir on brotherly relations between the two countries.
