Nineveh governor Mansour al-Muradid announced the entry of international companies to the province after agreeing with them to work in the field of linking the economy of Nineveh with the international economy in the next few days.

Al-Maraid said in a statement to the correspondent (Basneoz), that «Nineveh province worked on agreements to work with private companies investing in the oil sector, which works with the Iraqi Oil Ministry under licensing rounds as operator of oil fields throughout Iraq».

He added that «work has been done with some companies invested in several jurisdictions, which will work in the fields of Nineveh province in order to rejuvenate this aspect with foreign expertise», adding that «will be soon linked to the economy of this province, which suffered during the attacks of terrorism that led to the disruption of the economy economy International reconstruction of all aspects, both service and economic ».
