Gloyd : Here is some intel for you-My Brother in Law is in the Army, He has been in Iraq over a year, in intelligence, he just got back a few days ago and is at Fort Bragg right now.
He talked to his wife, My sister by phone,told her they have a new value are exchanging it over there and all surrounding countries in Middle east, rate is around 3.60 right now. He said we just have to wait our turn, it is close and about to happen
Gloyd: He was unable to say anything while in Iraq cause they monitored all conversation and were strictly forbidden…. Also they were forbidden to have any of the currency over there and when they came back they were checked to make sure they did not have any
