In cooperation with Saad Engineering Company, engineering cadres started the construction of the two projects of Al-Muthanna Bridge and Zamar General Hospital in north-west of Mosul, as well as the construction of the sugar and yeast factory in the same location.

The head of the crisis cell in Nineveh, Dr. Mzahim Al-Khayyat told Basnews, "The engineering teams started the project of building the vital Muthanna bridge located in the center of Mosul to reduce the traffic momentum in the city of Mosul and the duration of completion may take six months."

Khayat added that "the engineering teams also started today, in cooperation with the engineering team in the health of Nineveh, the establishment of the hospital Zamar General Hospital and the capacity of 100 beds with the full processing of the hospital after leaving the service for four years or more because of sabotage by Dahesh.

He pointed out that «work will be ongoing in the hospital and Zammar and it is hoped to resume before the end of 2019».

In turn, the head of the Nineveh Reconstruction Committee Abdul Rahman al-Waka'a told Basnews correspondent that "engineering cadres in the municipalities of Nineveh, in cooperation with Ashur Engineering Company, started building a sugar and sugar factory to improve the economic situation in Mosul."

Pointing out that «the city of Mosul begins rehabilitation of the second sugar factory in less than six months after the bombing of laboratories by gangs and the theft of the mechanisms».
