Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi expressed his country's desire to increase the volume of trade exchanges with Turkey to levels exceeding 20 billion dollars.
This came during a joint press conference with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara.
Abdul Hadi explained that he discussed with President Erdogan on many issues, and discussed industrial and agricultural projects and the issue of oil, water and border crossings.
He added that the volume of trade exchange between Iraq and Turkey recorded large numbers, and both sides seek to strengthen those figures and develop trade cooperation between them.
