To improve the skills and experience of the employees of the National Center for Administrative Development, it carries out a number of administrative and technical courses




The National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology carried out a number of training courses for the month of March. The Director General of the Center, Raghad Ali Abdul Rasoul, said that the center carried out a number of courses and workshops within its plan and beyond. It included nine administrative courses, three technical courses and four training workshops. Of the center. 

Administrative Courses 

She added that the center carried out a course entitled Civil Service Law No. 24 of 1960 (Amended) and the State Employees Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991 (amended) and attended by (20) trainees from different ministries and state institutions, The training course and the discussions about the practical applications were enriched by the participants' information. In an interview with the six Sana Abbas Jawad, a senior legal advisor, the senior and the course director talked to us saying that the course is one of the important courses and has a clear interest in the center because it is important in the definition of employees Their rights and duties with an explanation of all Procedures stipulated by these laws in the areas of service and discipline, has been reflected positively through discussions and dialogues and answer questions from the participants in detail as the Center implemented a training course on the development of cognitive and interpersonal skills within the framework of joint cooperation between the National Center and the Ministry of Oil,

The course was aimed at developing the cognitive and personal skills of Iraqi women. The interaction of the participants and their response to the trainers was clear, which reflected positively on the achievement of the objectives of the course. The aim was to provide the participants with the necessary knowledge on how to prepare and formulate the strategic plan and follow up its implementation and the importance of strategic planning for the departments in the long term. The course director, Maher Abdul Hussein, said that the course was good in terms of preparation, Achieve the purpose of which was to enrich the participants the information they need in the field of concepts and foundations and the preparation, management and implementation of the strategic plan with applied cases,

The center also carried out a skills development course in English / basic level, in which 9 trainees from different ministries and state institutions participated. The course aims to provide participants with knowledge and skills in the English language and a non-advisory service course. (23) trainees from various ministries and institutions of the state. 


The aim was to provide the participants with knowledge about the importance of the non-consulting services and their provisions with the practice of some practical applications. There was great interaction between the participants and the trainers on the subjects presented in the course. Baghdad Chamber of Commerce was part of the cooperation between the Center and the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce. In addition, the Center implemented a course in which 20 trainees from the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce participated. Level of services provided,
