Baghdad:
The head of the Coalition for Reform and Reconstruction Ammar al-Hakim, on Tuesday, the Saudi offer of 56 billion for investment in Iraq with the freedom to choose projects and their locations.

Hakim said during a meeting organized by the Rafidain Center for Dialogue, followed by the news, "that" Saudi Arabia offered 56 billion to invest in Iraq with the freedom to choose projects and sites,

Pointing out that "the Saudi leadership informed Iraq that it is coming to the policy of openness and start a new phase."
