WHAT IS HAPPENING BETWEEN THE DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS?

A BATTLE OF CONSERVATIVES VS LIBERALS?

When trying to educate people on what is going on now with all this politicking in Washington these days, I keep trying to start at giving the most simplistic overall picture then build from there. You have to start somewhere. You can even go back to the end of WWII to truly get the full picture but this takes time and a lot of research.

So let’s try to keep it simple and start from just the early 1990’s under G. H. Bush. If you have been reading my material and watching the videos, I presented you should get a really good picture of what has been happening since president G. H. Bush senior. Remember he was a republican not a democrat so this ideology crosses party boundaries. This is the first thing to remember. So this is not so much about party corruption.

Second, it is all about an ideology being played out in American politics as a conspiracy to bring down America. “The devil is in the details”, as Bernie Sanders would say. It truly is too. So we have been looking and studying the details.

Third, it’s all about the slant you want to put on things. I will say some want to paint a simplistic picture that this is just political bickering and a battle between some conservatives vs liberals both wanting their way. But this is not correct. This is short sidedness. Many feed that things will finally settle down and get back to normal soon once the rhetoric stops. But this too is not the case and we are watching this play out continuously.

I am here to tell you today that things will never settle back down to normal unless this corruption is surfaced and those responsible are brought to justice (no matter how high up they are in the government).

Forth, politics will NEVER be as usual (or normal) again in this country. We can look at this statement in two ways. We can look at it as the corruption is NOW dealt with and we change the government back to republic run by the people OR we can look at it as Trump’s efforts to expose the corruption fail and the “deep state” continue to have their way with America. I assure you the end result of this second scenario is not pretty for you and me.

They are out to get the president because they know his administration is uncovering 28+ years of corruption since president Bush senior. If the democrats let this exposure of the corruption (remember this stems from both democrats and republicans from the past) continue, the Trump administration is going to slowly peel away the onion and get to the heart of the matter which is what the deep state does not want. The deep state supports this crazy UN Agenda 21 for America (turning America into a socialist communist country). This plan crosses over party boundaries as it is an ideology. Get it? It just happens that Trump is a republican but it could have been a democrat exposing it. But no democrat member has the guts enough to come forward and to take on this enormous task. So did Trump decide to do it?

Please, please watch Kim Clément’s video on this subject matter. Here is the link to the video.

https://www.facebook.com/Latest-Mnt-Goat-News-Letter-28…/…/…

So remember that there are democrats who do not like what the democrats are doing to Trump. Just as there are some Republicans who do not want Trump to expose the corruption either. But look at the democrats who are constantly in the spotlight, the senators and congressmen. Watch them and listen to their tactics. This is consistently the same set of players. Over and over again they obstruct anything the president tries to do. Did you watch the Kavanaugh hearings on his supreme court appointment hearings? Again the same players.

This is why I started the “ditch the bitch” series and now the “Moving from LIES to TRUTH series” in my videos sets. We need to know the TRUTH about these people and what they are doing to America.

There are still many good people too in the democratic party but why won’t they come forward and speak out? Why do they chose to go along with this insanity? Are they also accomplices in their minds? Do they think they need to preserve the democrat party come hell or high water? Trust hell is coming…. Why did they decide to re-elect someone like Nancy Pelosi again for a second term? Certainly there are much more qualified and competent members who would do a much better job. But they need Pelosi as she is their scape goat for later when the house of cards falls apart. She is old and this is her last round of politics. They (her own party members) are going to burn her. Watch is all play out. She thinks they are all on her side but they are only using her. When they are done with her they will burn her and put the blame all on her leadership.

So, I wanted to come to you today to help you too stop looking at these events as just normal politics. This goes way beyond “normal”. The election of 2016 was not an election where we elected the “less of two evils” again, as we have said to ourselves over the prior 28 years of administrations and election cycles.

We have been looking and hoping for someone to some into the Whitehouse to clean up this corruption mess. We need a hero to clean up this mess. We now have our president but will we see it. Will we support him?

Will we choose to be convinced from the corrupt that he is not the man?

Of course this is what they would like us to believe. This is their only hope of keeping the majority in the house and maybe even the presidency in 2020. Oh – did I say that if this ever did happen you may as well kiss the USA goodbye as we know it today. This is just not my “opinion” , go look at the FACTS.

This is very scary times we are living in. The democrats are causing this “constitutional” crisis they so easily refer to lately. This ideology over the last 28 years is the constitutional crisis not Trump for trying to expose it. Get it?

Just think of the enormous pressure that the president is now under. He is attempting to clean up foreign policy, get the economy moving again, overturn much of this UN Agenda 21 globalist crap, expose this inside corruption and still he survives. This guy is amazing. I do not think that there is any person who is strong enough to keep taking all these unnecessary political lies and punches and yet, keeps getting up and moving forward. Trump is truly enlightened by the Holy Spirit and he is doing God’s will.

Their words not mine…..No Rumors, No Hype, No Opinions ,,,,, Just the FACTS!

ABDUL-MAHDI INTENDS TO VISIT WASHINGTON IN THE COMING DAYS TO STABILIZE THE POSITION OF IRAQ

Revealed the political analyst Hazem al-Shammari, on Thursday, the intention of Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi visit Washington in the coming days to stabilize the rights of Iraq and ensure not enter any regional conflict, indicating that Iraq is pursuing a policy of non-alignment and the crisis in the government of Abdul-Mahdi.

Al-Shammari said in a statement to the "news" that "Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi intends to visit Washington in the coming days to stabilize the position of Iraq calling for calm in the region and not be mixed with any future regional conflict."

"Iraq has pursued a policy of moving away from crises and escalation and entering into an axis against other parties in order to ensure its interests in the government of Abdul Mahdi," he said.

"The current government has so far succeeded in moving away from Iran and Washington, as well as the hot Arab region," Shammari said.

(Mnt Goat – President Trump was not receptive to hadi’s first scheduled visit and cancelled it. I do not think there is another scheduled until Mahdi fulfills certain promises.)

REUTERS: IRAN GUARDS REJECT U.S. TALKS, CLERIC THREATENS CARRIER

(5/10/19)

DUBAI (Reuters) - Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said on Friday Tehran would not negotiate with the United States and a senior cleric warned that a U.S. navy fleet could be “destroyed with one missile”, as a U.S aircraft carrier headed toward the Gulf.

The comments by the Guards and by Ayatollah Yousef Tabatabai-Nejad, a hardliner, appeared partly aimed at discouraging President Hassan Rouhani and his moderate allies in Tehran from taking up an offer of talks from Washington.

U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday urged Iran’s leadership to sit down and talk with him about giving up their nuclear program and said he could not rule out a military confrontation given the heightened tensions.
The carrier Abraham Lincoln, deployed by the Trump administration to the Middle East as a warning to Iran, passed through Egypt’s Suez Canal on Thursday.

American B-52 bombers have also arrived at a U.S. base in Qatar, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) said. Iran has dismissed the dispatch of both the bombers and the aircraft carrier as “psychological warfare” designed to intimidate it.

The semi-official ISNA news agency, reporting from the central Iranian city of Isfahan, quoted Ayatollah Tabatabai-Nejad as saying: “Their billion (-dollar) fleet can be destroyed with one missile.”

RELATED COVERAGE
Iran cleric says U.S.'fleet can be destroyed with one missile', ISNA news agency. “If they attempt any move, they will... (face) dozens of missiles because at that time (government) officials won’t be in charge to act cautiously, but instead things will be in the hands of our beloved leader (Ayatollah Ali Khamenei),” he said.

Tabatabai-Nejad is the representative in Isfahan of Supreme Leader Khamenei, who is widely seen to be close to hardliners who oppose Rouhani and his moderate allies.

DEFIANT
Separately, Yadollah Javani, the elite Revolutionary Guards’ deputy head for political affairs, said: “No talks will be held with the Americans, and the Americans will not dare take military action against us.”
“Our nation... sees America as unreliable,” said Javani, according to the semi-official Tasnim news agency.

Thousands of Iranians took part in state-sponsored marches on Friday to show support for the government’s decision to scale back curbs on its nuclear program agreed under a 2015 deal with world powers. Iran has threatened to do more if signatories do not shield it from U.S. economic sanctions.

State television showed the protesters marching after Friday prayers in Tehran and said similar marches were held across the country.
“America should know, sanctions have no effect!” chanted the protesters, many of whom carried signs reading “Down with USA”.
Trump, who last year pulled Washington out of the Iran nuclear deal and reimposed sanctions on Tehran, has expressed a willingness to meet Iranian leaders in the past to no avail and renewed that appeal in talking to reporters on Thursday.

Asked about Trump’s comments, Iran’s ambassador to the United Nations, Majid Takht Ravanchi, said Tehran had been talking with the six powers, including the United States, within the framework of the nuclear deal.
“All of a sudden he (Trump) decided to leave the negotiating table. ... What is the guarantee that he will not renege again?” Takht Ravanchi said in a U.S. television interview.

He dismissed U.S. allegations of an Iranian threat as “fake intelligence” and said they were “being produced by the same people” who did so in the run-up to the U.S. invasion of Iraq in 2003.

U.S. officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said one of the pieces of intelligence which caused U.S. concerns, indicated Iran had moved missiles on boats. One of the officials said the particular missile observed was perhaps capable of being launched from a small ship.

The media officer at Al Udaid air base, near Doha, Qatar, did not immediately respond to Reuters’ requests for comment on the arrival of the B-52 bombers.

CENTCOM is responsible for U.S. military operations in the Middle East and Afghanistan

(Mtn Goat- Washington has a plan for Iran but it would be suicide for the Trump administration to go to war with any country right now in the midst of the 2020 election.)

CAN MAHDI PRODUCE A SOLUTION TO THE DILEMMA OF THE MINISTRIES THAT REMAIN VACANT?

The political dialogues, announced by the Iraqi parties on a permanent basis, do not seem to have reached solutions for completing the cabinet reshuffle to Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi. Seven months ago, negotiations and public meetings did not produce a solution to the dilemma of the ministries that remained vacant - defense, interior, justice and education - with the paralysis of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi's government program promised in October.

Government. Also, the expectations of the completion of the government's incomplete file during the current month of Ramadan (continuing until the first third of June) are not expected due to the holidays provided by the parliament to itself, not to mention the preoccupation of the prime minister and his team with the energy file that was suddenly surrounded by the series The United States sanctions against Iran; providing a substitute for liquid gas to power the country's power plants is more important for Abdul-Mahdi than talking to the parties about vacant ministries as the hot summer approaches Iraq. Current disorders and pretension rat in the south , the chances of Iraq securing electricity from a country other than Iran are low, and this is what worries officials in Baghdad.

A member of the alliance, "Saron" supported by the leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr, "The differences have not been addressed, until this moment, between the parties on the names of candidates for the ministries obtained by the method of quotas; After the end of the crisis Faleh Fayyad, who tried to win the Ministry of Interior, Is the great node, as did not result in understandings with the coalition of construction (led by Hadi Amiri), to reach any agreement. " He added to the "new Arab", that "the Kurds did not agree on the Ministry of Justice, because the Kurdish parties want to end the file completion of the Kurdistan Regional Government and then return to Baghdad, and the same applies to the Ministries of Defense and Education.

For her part, said a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Ashwaq dry, in an interview for the "new Arab", "The talks between the Kurdish parties for the formation of the Kurdistan Regional Government, with positive results, and it related to the electoral entitlements The biggest winner and the first winner Is the Kurdistan Democratic Party, but of course the new results will have a good effect on the positions of Kurdish parties in Baghdad, complete the government and end the debate on the Ministry of Justice. " She pointed out that "the remaining positions are a quota for the Kurds in Baghdad, and will end in the coming days or weeks, but we want these positions to be the beginning of the unity of the Kurdish class."

Jafar criticized what she called "the government delay by Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, because the formation of the government does not depend on the Ministry of Justice, and there are three other ministries vacant, and for the two parties (the National Union and Democratic) in Kurdistan, they seek to ensure the formation of the government of the Territory first.

MP Farhat al-Tamimi said that "the two major blocs in the House of Representatives, namely (construction and others), bear the responsibility of delaying and delaying government work because they have assigned Adel Abdul-Mahdi to manage the file and have adopted the principle of quotas. "The formation of the government during the current phase was based on political moods and not on negotiations and agreements," he said in an interview with the New Arab.

For his part, said political analyst Wathiq al-Hashemi, in an interview with "the new Arab," that "all that is said about a political rapprochement to complete the cabinet is a fantasy."

He continued Hashemi, saying that" differences are still large on the Ministries of Interior and Defense and Justice in light of the parties now struggling, not to mention large external interventions. As for Faleh al-Fayyad, it is not decided whether he is deputy prime minister for security affairs or about his stay as an adviser. But there is talk of Fatah and others seeking to share 600 sovereign positions of special rank. And this is what drives the parties now to form a bloc of more than 100 deputies, to be a front opposed to what the alliance seeks to conquest and Sultun, and Abdul Mahdi, far from what is happening between political parties.

(Mnt Goat – just in today May 13th that the cabinet will be completed in 1 week. We heard this before and so let’s see what happens)

MOQTADA AL-SADR, SAID YESTERDAY, TO WORK SERIOUSLY TO EXPEL ALL FOREIGN FORCES

Sadr's alliance, led by Moqtada al-Sadr, said yesterday, to work seriously to expel foreign forces, led by US forces from all of Iraqi territory by force of law and the desire of the Iraqi people.

MP for the coalition Ghayeb al-Amiri said that the work will be through legislation within the Iraqi Council of Representatives to prevent any foreign interference in the internal affairs of Iraq from any side, whether military or advisory or even to embassies and other international missions.

He referred to the inclusion of the law in the agenda of future meetings in preparation for a final vote.

He stressed the trend to cancel the security agreement and the strategic framework agreement signed previously between the Iraqi government and the United States, stressing that Iraq now maintains security and military forces have the number and equipment and training and rehabilitation, which can protect the land and borders of Iraq without the need for any foreign presence.

(Mnt Goat – Sadr does not like any foreign troops within Iraq. He loves his country and wants its sovereignty maintained. There is still the question of where did ISIS really come from. Was it CIA related and used as a weapon of the Maliki administration? Was is used for the purpose of getting US forces back into Iraq?)

ENERGIZING IRAQ'S FUTURE

Powering Iraq is the first major event of its kind focusing on the development and investment opportunities within Iraq’s Power and Electricity sectors. The conference, held in Baghdad, offers unique insight from high-level government officials and leading multinationals on the next step towards restoring and rebuilding Iraq’s power demands.

Powering Iraq, held under the Official Patronage of the Ministry of Electricity and the Government of Iraq, aims to tackle the key challenges facing the electricity sectors in the country. Years of conflict, damage and neglect have left the power and electricity sector in need of significant international investment and technical expertise. Recently the Government of Iraq has started to make significant progress in restoring power generation and licensing new projects within the country.

Powering Iraq is a landmark conference and exhibition where you will hear new projects first-hand and connect with government decision-makers directly. We hope you join us in Baghdad in July!

WHY POWERING IRAQ?
Iraq is emerging from the challenges faced over the past few years. The country is ready for business with extensive opportunities for investment in the power and electrical sector. The country has an untapped potential with a youthful population as the economy is expected to grow substantially over the coming years. Powering Iraq is the only conference, held in the local market, focusing on the investment opportunities within the power and electrical sector.

Iraq is infamous for its substantial oil reserves and business opportunities within infrastructure, construction, agriculture and many other sectors. The electricity sector, however, suffers from a series of challenges, which feeds into all industries.

Years of neglect have led to a dilapidated grid infrastructure with low operational efficiency and high levels of losses. Over 50% of electricity generated is lost in transmission and distribution. The Government of Iraq has made significant progress in restoring power generation over the past decade, however, substantial investment and upgrades are vital. New generation units have been installed, but their ability to operate efficiently is hampered by lack of alternate supply, for example water generation, whilst the cost of production is high. Investment is required across the entire power sector.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH IRAQ? WHY CAN’T IT MOVE AHEAD?

The compactness is a general phenomenon in Iraq, as most citizens accumulate their money in their homes without investing in productive projects that reflect positively on the reality of the Iraqi economy, for many reasons behind this phenomenon, most notably the absence of investment climate and weakness of the banking system and the error of the process of transformation and dominance of the state and low awareness of banking.

COMPACT AND INVESTMENT CLIMATE
Where the investment climate is one of the reasons attractive or expelling investments and be attractive whenever the country was able to provide advantages and guarantees for investment by overcoming the obstacles and challenges before it on the other hand, and vice versa be repulsive when the inability of the country to provide benefits and guarantees and not to address the obstacles and challenges facing Investment Road.

The most important is the investment climate where there is an inverse relationship between the investment climate and the compact. As the investment climate improves, the volume of the compactness decreases because the good investment climate stimulates investors to invest. This means increasing the demand for capital and rising capital. The benefits and profits of the owners of capital and this is what drives others to do the simulation element to behave the same way desire benefits and profits on their capital, they refrain from the compactness towards savings or investment.

And vice versa when the investment climate will reduce profits and interest on capital and decreased the volume of investment as a result of the absence of benefits and guarantees and the existence of obstacles and challenges, and this is what drives the owners of capital to hoard them in their homes away from savings or investment or investment abroad,
As the investment climate in Iraq is not unattractive, it is an investment repellent. It ranks late in the World Bank's Ease of Business Index, ranking 165th out of 190 countries, as well as its ranking in Transparency International's Corruption Perceptions Index The world, and in particular the rank of 168 out of 180 countries, so the compactness in Iraq has become a general phenomenon.

THE BANKING SYSTEM
There is a close relationship between the compactness and the banking system, the more the banking system is a sophisticated in its performance whenever it can reduce the phenomenon of compactness, and vice versa when the performance of the banking system is modest will increase the volume of compactness.

One of the most prominent signs of the development of the banking system is its ability to attract savings and channel them towards real investment channels. The more it is able to attract savings through achieving the banking density, which means the number of banks in terms of number of people and the financial coverage, which means that all members of the community get banking services to meet their needs. Every place and time with high quality and favorable prices, directed towards investment will be able to absorb compactness.

The ratio of the standard banking density in the world is one branch to serve every ten thousand people, and as the ratio of banking density in Iraq is one branch for every 35,500 people in 2016, which means low banking density in Iraq, which resulted in low financial coverage where The rate of 11%, a modest percentage compared to the rates achieved by many foreign countries and Arab and neighboring countries, according to the adviser to the Central Bank of Iraq and the agency Walid Abdul Nabi. The fall of the banking system was one of the reasons behind the widespread phenomenon of compactness in Iraq.

THE PROCESS OF TRANSFORMATION AND STATE DOMINATION
Iraq's abrupt, random and dual TRANSFORMATION OF DICTATORSHIP INTO POLITICAL DEMOCRACY AND FROM SOCIALISM TO THE MARKET AND ECONOMY has contributed to the widespread political and economic chaos that has been reflected in the security situation that has cast a shadow over the banking sector, so that a large part of the borrowers can not repay their debts with due dates, Confused the work of banks and reflected negatively on their liquidity, as pointed out by the Union of Arab Banks.

At the time that Iraq adopted the new regime, which is supposed according to this adoption that the state withdraw from the economy, including the banking sector, but it still has the lion's share in the banking sector, where the Union of Arab banks, despite the increase in the number of private banks operating in Iraq, And its activity is very limited compared to government banks that manage about 91% of the total assets of the banking sector, while private banks run 8% of them and foreign banks manage only 1%.
Rafidain Bank, the largest government bank, controlled 51% of the banking sector's assets in 2013, 47% of its deposits and 45% of credit facilities. The market share of the two largest banks, Rafidain Bank and Rasheed Bank, accounted for 75% of the total assets of the sector, 73% of its deposits and 64% of loans at the end of 2013. In conjunction with widespread corruption in most state institutions, including the banking sector.

The private sector in Iraq does not have a long history in the banking sector and with the opening of the door in 2003, but it is still limited performance because of the error of the process of transformation in Iraq, which was not studied and was random, so the private sector in general and in the banking sector in particular Citizen confidence.

With the continued dominance of the state on the banking sector and a large proportion and limited role of the private sector and the absence of competition and the infiltration of corruption to the private banking sector and government will continue to suffer from the sector lagging behind, citizens will not accept to deal with him and therefore prefer to hoard their money in their homes, When the compactness accounted for 77% of the volume of the currency exported outside the Central Bank of Iraq, as well as hard currency in foreign currency, according to the economic and financial adviser to the government appearance of Mohammed Saleh.

COMPACTNESS AND BANKING AWARENESS
There is a close relationship between the compactness and the banking awareness of the public, sometimes it is an inverse relationship, ie, the higher the level of the banking awareness, the less the volume of compactness, and the other is a direct relationship.

In view of the low banking awareness among the Iraqi public, which was evident through the low dealings with banks, where the Union of Arab banks to 80% of the population of Iraq do not have a bank account, the low banking awareness reflected the size of the compactness, which formed 77% of the currency outside the Central Bank.

After identifying the most important reasons behind the phenomenon of compactness, it is necessary to mention THE MOST IMPORTANT STEPS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO ADDRESSING THIS PHENOMENON:
First: Building an investment climate that is able to attract investment and a catalyst for the local investor in particular so that he can absorb the compactness.

Second: Working on developing the banking system and raising its performance by increasing the banking density and achieving financial coverage, which encourages citizens to save their money in banks.

Thirdly: the withdrawal of the state from the banking sector gradually and keen to find the element of competition because competition can improve the quality of banking services and lower costs.

Fourth: Raising the banking awareness among the public on the importance of dealing with the banking system and how to reflect its positive effects on it and its society and the economy of his country.

Fifth: Reinstate the confidence of the citizen in the banking system through real procedures that protect citizens' deposits from corruption and how they contribute to increase them and feel any new decisions that contribute to the development of their funds.

In ending I want everyone to know your constant prayers in the fight against evil (ISIS) in Iraq have worked. God has guided these young men and women on the battle field. The major war with ISIS has been over since Dec 2017. Let us all know that there is a new battle now to fight. A battle to save our homelands from the corrupt politicians and secret societies who are bent on taking what they want from our current wealth and from future generations without our permission. We must keep praying for the end to the rapid corruption and enslavement of people in Iraq and in the United States. We must pray for our leaders when they are being guided by the Holy Spirit. We must stand by them and let them know we are still there to support them, even after the election is over. I have composed a prayer maybe we can all pray today in our own way and until the reinstatement of the Iraq dinar occurs.

“For all leaders of all nations, that they may be anointed by the Holy Spirit to do God’s will to bring about abundance and prosperity to all.

To fight this waging war on corruption, our freedoms, our liberties, socialist plans and injustice.

That the FREE WORLD may be a shining example for the rest of the entire planet.

In the name of Jesus Christ our King and Savior, Amen”

Auf Wiedersehen
Much love to ya all,
Mnt Goat
