Iraq has signed a final agreement worth 1.07 billion dollars with the Chinese Company for Engineering and Construction Petroleum to build and operate facilities to process natural gas extracted with crude oil in the field of giant Helfay.

The oil ministry said in a statement read by "Economy News" that the sister company of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) will handle about 300 million standard cubic feet of gas per day from the field.
