The Foreign Relations Committee in the Iraqi Council of Representatives on Saturday criticized the international visits by Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, stressing that the Iraqi citizen does not want the Prime Minister to visit abroad, but wants solutions to his crises.

"Most of the visits are of no use to the Iraqi citizen," said Rami al-Sakini, a member of the committee. "They are part of the diplomatic protocol and there is no clear policy with countries to serve Iraq."

He added that "the visits are just a waste of time and public money, visits can serve the domestic political more than serve the policies of those countries, especially the international struggle to prove the existence of financial, military and political in Iraq," stressing that "the Iraqi citizen does not want the Prime Minister visits abroad, But wants solutions to the crises he has been living for years. "

It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi arrived on Saturday to Iran at the head of a ministerial and commercial delegation.
