The attention of the Arabs and the world, on Sunday, towards Tunisia, where the Arab summit is held the usual 30 and in the presence of the Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres. The summit will be held under the chairmanship of Tunisian President Béji Kaid Sibsi. 

This summit carries a lot of reasons that make it "extraordinary" in terms of the stage of time and the acceleration of events and developments as well as the sensitivity of the stage that makes the consensus and exit clear vision and a statement that places the points on many of the letters governing the future work, In order to keep abreast of the changes taking place throughout the entire world system, politically, socially, economically and culturally, and also to restore stability at home in the face of complex challenges posed by conflicts, conflicts, regional tensions and internal protests. The leaders, presidents and Arab kings attending the summit began days ago. 

The spokesman for the Arab summit, Mahmoud al-Khamiri, said Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir would not attend the summit. The sources of the apology of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi for lack of presence, and the absence of King Mohammed VI of Morocco, Sultan Qaboos bin Said and Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, while the UAE delegation will be led by the ruler of Fujairah Hamad bin Mohammed al-Sharqi. 

On the other hand, the participation of the King of Saudi Arabia, Salman bin Abdul Aziz in Tunisia, the Emir of Kuwait Sabah al-Jaber al-Sabah, the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, Iraqi President Barham Salih, King Abdullah II of Jordan, Lebanese President Michel Aoun, Abbas, the President of the Libyan Presidential Council Faiz Sarraj, the Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, and the Djiboutian President Ismail Omar Gilah. Al-Khumairi pointed out that the Arab foreign ministers have ratified the draft regulations and resolutions to be discussed by the Arab leaders, especially the support of the Palestinian issue and the situation in Libya, Yemen and Iraq.

He also agreed to issue a statement that he considered "strong" about the American recognition of Israel's sovereignty over the Golan Heights. 

On Monday evening, US President Donald Trump signed a decree recognizing Israel's sovereignty over the occupied Syrian Golan, in the presence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, amid a rejection by Turkey and the world's most prominent countries of the declaration. 

Last Sunday, a spokesman for the Arab League, Mahmoud Afifi, announced at a press conference in Cairo that the return of Syria to its seat, which was frozen in 2011, is not on the agenda of the Tunis summit. LINK
