Head of the Center, Dr. Adnan Al-Sarraj, stressed during his presentation to the meeting that "Iraq is currently going through a historical chapter that sets out its paths for the future, and we bet that the coming period is the stage of good governance that can be achieved by the principle that the desired change for the better is inevitable. Then Prime Minister Dr. Laith Kubba spoke about "the importance of overlapping and mixing the political program with the administrative reform to make a change in our reality and get out of the cycle of problems that the country is experiencing, by involving elites of all types of society in providing solutions." On the role of the media in the files mentioned, the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Fadl Abbas Farajullah, spoke about the role of the network and the obstacles and accumulated problems that hinder its work and achieve its objectives. Farajallah pointed to the transformation that took place in the speech of Al-Sabah newspaper during the past few days, stressing that "striving to make (Al-Sabah) a newspaper for all attractive to them, adhere to the national professional performance and continue this approach and change in all sections of the media network of television channels, Indicating that "this will be clear through the courses of the new programs that we aspire to be distinct and realistic footprint in the community," He explained that "this change and transformation in the performance and speech of the Iraqi media network will not be easy or that it will be completed in a short period, but we will work on it According to how we succeed to provide better information .
 

The Inspector-General of the Ministry of Interior, Dr. Jamal Al-Asadi, said that "the media has a great responsibility in following up and presenting files of corruption." He pointed out that "the manifestations and forms of corruption are multiple, including the major deviation in the joints of the state after the 1991 war, He explained that "after 2003, the overtaking of corruption tends to public money and takes many dimensions, and that so far there is no clear strategy to combat corruption."
