The Minister of Planning, Dr. Nouri Sabah al-Dulaimi, received on Thursday the United Nations Deputy Special Representative Marta Ruydes and the European Union Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Ramón Blikwa, and the accompanying delegation discussed strengthening support for projects to provide basic services to citizens, In the provinces of Basra and Nineveh.
