IMO ON THE 28TH OF DEC 2018 THEY LIFTED THE 3 ZERO'S ELECTRONICALLY ALLOWING WS'S FIRM MANY CONTRACTS AT 1 TO 1.

There are many things that are converging in on Thursday. Things that got started in recent past and even yesterday. The AMF and IMF are having meetings through

Then on a separate note yesterday Iran was in Iraq making deals and even apparently has been successful in not only getting a payment for the electric bill, but they were involved in international arms trade with other intentional bodies from around the world while being under the auspice of the Interior and Defense Ministries. There was some 102 odd companies involved. ~ MM

They have concluded international importing deals with the likes of not only the USA but along side Iran. Same day Iran gets paid in Dinar, or at least associated with the Dinar. They didn't want to do a deal in the past at a program rate, thus, it may be safe to assume they didn't do one now at a program rate either.

They sure seamed pleased with how things went down, so it is safe to assume there is more to come out on the matter. One article discussed the amount of payment was not publicly noted, yet it was in local currency.

Leaving me to think they did it outside of a program rate.. Being they are a very large trading partner and would be sitting on plenty of local currency that may have been illicitly taken from Iraq, could have or may have been apart of the negotiations. Don't forget the money recovery law, (where did you get this.) above. ~ MM

The thinking I have is that since Soliemani (Kuds) has a new job and Fayad is not going to be the Interior minister and they just showed us the Interior and Defense ministries being openly involved in international arms deals, we should see the minsters named in short order now. That would be imo a legitimate GOI for the Citizens.

Something they have apparently been purposefully stringing along now. I suspect that Thursday may very well be even more revealing to us.. We shall see imo in the very short term!! ~ MM

Baghdad hikes monthly payment to Kurdistan

With an infusion of federal money under the newly enacted 2019 budget, the KRG is lifting austerity measures and returning to the days of financial dependence on Baghdad.

Iraq's federal government has roughly doubled the amount of its monthly transfer to the autonomous Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) — a sign of a deepening relationship of interdependence between Baghdad and Erbil.

Future payments are not guaranteed to remain so high. The 2019 budget law calls on the KRG to contribute 250,000 barrels per day (bpd) of its independently managed oil production to the federal government's exports - and if it fails to do so, there could be financial penalties.
