Direct: The Supreme Council for Combating Corruption in Iraq held its seventh session under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, and the presence of judges and members and the representative of civil society organizations observer member .

The Council reviewed a number of special measures taken in cases of oil smuggling, border crossings and the scrutiny of state property .
The meeting discussed the issue of the scourge of drugs and the decisive measures to be taken to curb this phenomenon and not to tolerate the parties involved, whether they are traffickers, promoters, users or any other status .
The Council stressed the need to expedite the termination of the file of the settlement of salaries of state employees and members of the security services .
He called for the completion of the national strategy to combat corruption and the national index of integrity and the involvement of civil society organizations and organizations concerned with the fight against corruption.

Direct: The Iraqi Council of Ministers issued several decisions in its meeting on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, details as follows:
1 - vote on the demands of the Teachers Union .
2 - Formation of the Preparatory Committee for the Declaration of Samarra, the capital of Iraq for Islamic civilization according to Article (2 / I) of the Samarra law, the capital of Iraq for Islamic civilization .
3 - Support Al - Zawra sports club football in the AFC Champions League .
4 - Ratify the appointments of directorates of education of the provinces of Dhi Qar and Diwaniyah that the province bears the existence of irregularities .
5 - Vote on the joint industrial city between Iraq and Jordan. 

6. Vote on the decision to reflect the concept of social security and the responsibility of the state towards its citizens to reduce class differences in society:
1- The Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works shall :
a. The creation of suitable areas in all centers of governorates, districts and districts in coordination with all relevant authorities for the purpose of expanding the municipal boundaries of cities or implementing the non-performing part of the basic design .
B. Preparing plans and building maps with modern scientific criteria that take into consideration the future expansions of all the requirements of state institutions, prepare privacy plans using new building materials and reduce energy use .
C. Forming teams in the governorates concerned for expansion purposes in accordance with the law in the case of the need to expand the boundaries of the municipality, including the princely lands that are not burdened with the rights of commercial or agricultural contracts until the amendment of the law of acquisition .
2 - Sorting and distribution of residential land for the categories listed below :
a. The category of those covered by the social welfare network and those with special needs is granted plots of land with an area of ​​200 m 2 with an allowance of only 250 dinars per square meter provided they have not previously benefited from a piece of residential land from the state in accordance with Resolution 120 of 1982 .
B. The plots of land of 300 m2 will be sold to the rest of the citizens at an amount of 250 dinars per square meter, plus the amount of services and the amount of 75 thousand dinars per square meter paid in three installments under the controls issued by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Municipalities and Public Works in coordination with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, The controls shall be submitted to the Prime Minister for decision .
C. The category of (400 m2) and above is sold at 250 dinars, plus twice the amount of services mentioned in paragraph (b) above at least under the controls issued by the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works in coordination with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. To decide .
3 - All income resulting from sale and other services for the above mentioned areas shall be recorded in a separate account in the municipal or municipal section that is created for those areas for the purpose of establishing the infrastructure and maintenance and development of the municipal sector in the same area and under the supervision of the Ministry of Construction, Completion of all design stages .
4 - The Ministry of Finance to lend the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works the amounts necessary for the implementation of basic services until the payment of the amounts of the beneficiaries .
5 - Construction by the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works to build low-cost housing units of 33 thousand housing units, at a price not exceeding the amount of 30 million dinars per unit of 200 square meters.
And the total amount of 990 billion dinars are loaned to the Ministry of Construction and Housing, Municipalities and Public Works without interest, to be retrieved within 20 years, and the distribution of units to the provinces under the controls issued by the ministry above as follows :
Basra Governorate 8 thousand housing units, and the province of Baghdad 8 thousand housing units, the province of Nineveh 4 thousand housing units, and the province of Dhi Qar two thousand housing units, and a thousand housing units for each of the provinces of Maysan, Muthanna, Diwaniyah, Wasit, Najaf Ashraf and Karbala holy and Babylon and Anbar, Salah al-Din and Diyala and Kirkuk .
6 - Continued distribution of residential plots in areas served by judges or members of the public prosecution exclusively under the controls issued by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Municipalities and Public Works in coordination with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and the lifting of controls to the Prime Minister to decide, provided they have not previously benefited from a piece of residential land Of the State in accordance with Resolution (120) of 1982 .
7 - Continuing the work of distributing plots of residential land to the categories covered by the laws and decisions in force, provided that the amounts of services for the aforementioned parts of the budget of the province or the institution concerned .
8. Nothing in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution shall be employed .

7. On the electricity contracts, the Council of Ministers' Resolution No. 57 of 2019 was amended to read :
. Number of persons covered by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (57) for the year 2019 (32918) instead of (32787 ).
. The Ministry of Finance deals with the cases of Ministry of Electricity contract employees who have converted from self-financing to central finance during 2018 in consolidation with their counterparts from public company contracts and self-financing .

8. Amend paragraph (3) of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (352) of 2017 on the disposal of collection funds .
9 - Vote to solve the problems and obstacles of the segment contractors .
10. Grant an exception to the Ministry of Displacement and Migration for the purpose of purchasing tents and other needs for sheltering displaced persons .
11- Authorize the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works the authority to set up work teams in all governorates to implement the work of gravel, concrete, cladding and tiling .

The Iraqi Minister of Planning Nuri Sabah Al-Dulaimi chaired an extensive meeting to discuss the strengthening of international support efforts and the best ways to invest them, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mehdi Alalak, the President of the Reconstruction Fund Mustafa Al-Hiti, the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary- The World Bank Mission and a number of representatives of the international community.

According to a statement by the Iraqi Ministry of Planning, Dulaimi announced the launch of the National Platform for Reconstruction and Development to manage and follow up the reconstruction, stability and sustainable development projects, which include an integrated spatial database of the projects executed and planned by the Iraqi government and the programs and organizations of the international community.

The minister revealed the decision of the Council of Ministers to establish two international credit funds to manage the international support file for projects and programs for recovery, reconstruction and development in implementation of the decisions of the Kuwait International Conference for the Reconstruction of Iraq held last year.

Al-Dulaimi stressed that the next phase will witness the signing of a joint memorandum of understanding with the World Bank, which will represent a legal framework for its work in Iraq, pointing out that the IRRF will enhance the effectiveness of funding through the joint administration between the Ministry and the international community based on the ministry's five-year development plan Planning.

The minister said in a statement issued by the Information Office on Tuesday that the announcement of the national platform for reconstruction and development in Iraq represents an important step and an advanced achievement that the Ministry of Planning has achieved in light of the obligations of Iraq and the international community to the outcomes of the Kuwait Conference of donors of international commitments.

He added that the purpose of this platform, which will be managed by the Ministry of Planning is to manage and follow up the projects of reconstruction, stability and development through the construction of an integrated spatial database containing information and sites of projects implemented or planned by the Iraqi government or the international community.

Al-Dulaimi pointed out that the National Platform for Reconstruction and Development will provide an advanced level of transparency by providing opportunities for donors to become acquainted with the grant and loan tracks, project implementation mechanisms, the amount of funds allocated and the percentage of achievement for each project.

He pointed out that the platform will also include a special portal for activities and projects to reduce poverty in Iraq, and another portal for the provinces and details of the projects carried out.

The Minister of Planning involved in reconstruction and development affairs at the national and international levels called for the follow-up of the important data and details of the projects.
