The Deputy Prime Minister for Energy, Oil Minister Thamer Ghadhban, on Tuesday, the cadres and formations of the ministry continued to support the reconstruction campaign in the province of Basra and the implementation of service projects there.
"The Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Thamer Ghadhban, directed the cadres and formations of the ministry to continue supporting the reconstruction campaign in the province of Basra and the implementation of service projects there," the government media cell said in a statement received by Mawazine News.
The Minister of Oil, Thamer Ghadhban, said that "the decision comes on the basis of the decision of the RAI in the ministry in this regard," noting that "the directive provides logistical support, technical and material for the reconstruction campaign in Basra, to actively contribute to support national efforts, to upgrade the level of services provided to citizens" .
Al-Ghadhban added that "the technical and engineering effort of the oil formations in the province will harness the recruitment of capacities and engineering and human capacities and equipment to implement the important service projects, in addition to investment financial allocations within the powers and instructions in force in coordination with the Governor and the provincial council to implement basic service projects."

The meeting of the RAI discussed in its agenda several important decisions related to the oil sector and the development of work in it.
